How did God call you to DCPI?

“For a really long time, friends and family have both commented that I belong in the ministry.

And, for a long time, I shrugged them off and said that “if God closes the other doors and opens the right door, I would listen.”

When I began volunteering at Dynamic Church Planting International, I fell in love with the mission. Their vision statement of planting 5 million dynamic new churches filled that long desire in my heart to bring the name of Jesus to cultures who have never before heard His name.”

What is your personal vision statement or life scripture?

Life Scripture: Psalm 61:1-3 “Hear my cry, O God, attend unto my prayer. From the end of the earth will I cry unto thee, when my heart is overwhelmed: lead me to the rock that is higher than I. For thou hast been a shelter for me, and a strong tower from the enemy.”

“These verses have been a part of my prayer life for quite a while. It constantly reminds me that God will never abandon or forsake you, and, second, that when life gets overwhelming, God will lead you to a place of contentment as long as you continue to trust in His promise.”

What excites you about what God is doing around the world?

“The spread of the Gospel to countries around the world, an amazing fulfillment of Christ’s Great Commission.”

What miracles have you seen God perform?

“Through the power of prayer, I have seen life where there should have been death, unseen healing where there was little hope and broken renewed.”
