Equip your leaders for every stage of church planting with The DCPI System. Our curriculum is Bible-based, scaleable, culturally neutral, and life-changing because it leads them to ask God: "What kind of church do YOU want me to plant?"
There are four categories of DCPI training, which we have organized into The DCPI System. We would love to help you identify the most effective training tracks for your movement!
Our training tracks work together to help your leaders accelerate your movement. Each leader can receive the unique training he/she needs to be effective at their role within your movement. We know that not every training track applies to every movement. That’s why we would love to help you outline a custom plan for your organization.
DCPI’s Planting training tracks are directly focused on equipping leaders to start churches. These trainings are for church planters and their church plant launch teams. These tracks are principle-based to apply anywhere in the world:
Church Planting Essentials (CPE)
House Church Planting
(HCP)
DCPI’s Thriving training tracks are focused on getting churches and leaders healthy, so they are ready to multiply. These trainings are for leaders of new and old churches and apply in any context. These trainings include:
Healthy Church Dynamics (HCD)
Mentoring Church Planters (MCP)
DCPI’s Cultivating trainings are for cultivating more church planting leaders–both next-generation leaders, and leaders in existing churches. Depending on your context, you can choose one or both of these trainings for yourself/movement:
NexGen Challenge (NGC)
Churches Planting Churches (CPC)
DCPI’s Multiplying trainings are for equipping movement leaders and their teams to think high-level and multiply faster. These trainings are strategic and practical and can include:
Certified Trainer (CT)
Church Planting Movements (CPM)
As your leaders grow, learn, and receive vision from God in each training, you will see momentum begin to pick up in your movement.
You will begin to see churches being planted, while other churches are getting healthy so they an pant in the future, while next-generation leaders stepping up to the calling, and while top leaders are envisioning more for your network/denomination. The movement grows and grows, and it starts with just a nudge from you.
Church Planting
Essentials
This foundational DCPI training teaches trainees how to plant a church. Using the pattern of a baby being formed in 9 months of pregnancy, students learn how to start churches from conception to birth and beyond. They plan culturally relevant outreach, develop a Process of Discipleship and learn about how to avoid difficulties in planting.
During Church Planting Essentials training each participant is required to prepare Vision-Plan-Timeline (VPT). The VPT is designed to help you begin applying what you are learning in the training and to move you further along in the vision and planting of new churches.
Available in 44 languages. Also available in Orality storytelling format for oral cultures.
Organize, refine and pinpoint your vision, purpose, strategies and timeline early, so that you have a clear plan for the future.

“Church Planning Essentials is a powerful and practical tool for principle-centered church planting-refreshing and dynamic!”

House Church Planting
This training takes every attendee to understand the basics of how to explain the Gospel and gather believers through the different “fields” of church planting. In Matthew 28:18-20 Jesus calls us to make disciples. This training will help you make disciples, that make disciples, that fulfill the Great Commission.
By far our most interactive track, this track empowers participants with ample opportunities to practice what they are learning before applying what they learn in a real-life situation. In contrast to other DCPI training tracks, this track can often be spread out over a period of several months, allowing participants extra preparation time before starting their church.

Certified
Trainer
We’re so happy that you want to train others! It’s natural to want to share everything you’ve learned from DCPI because of how absolutely life-changing these principles are. Certified Trainers (CTs) are at the core of how we multiply church planters worldwide.
All of our Certified Trainers are men and women who have gone through our training, planted a church, and are ready to help others get trained to plant churches.
After completing at least one track of DCPI training and participating in a church plant, you may sign up to attend a Certified Trainer course. The CT course requires around
5-6 hours of instruction in how to train and how to set up a training event. These trainings are regularly available via webinar. Please be sure to attend all sessions. There aren’t make-ups in CT trainings.
Next, a DCPI Master Trainer (MT) will interview you to get to know you. You will have an opportunity to demonstrate your training ability by training a part of 12 Biblical principles. Then, you will make a presentation to a small group of DCPI leaders that answers what is your vision to train others. You will have to sign that you agree with DCPI’s theology, and then you will be ready to start scheduling your own trainings! We can’t wait to help you reach further by becoming a Certified Trainer!

Be a church planter or have been part of a church plant team
