Director of Recruitment

Dynamic Church Planting International (DCPI) is looking for a part-time or full-time high-capacity volunteer or support-raised Director of Recruitment. The Director of Recruitment is a leader committed to methodically and prayerfully finding the right support-raising missionaries, high-capacity volunteers, and interns and adding them to the DCPI team. The Director of Recruitment will have a passion for making connections and selling the vision of DCPI to expand the number of workers in the harvest, as we work toward the Five Million Church Vision.

DCPI is a non-profit (501c3) organization based in Oceanside, California, with partners and staff working throughout the world. We train Christian leaders on every inhabited continent of the world to plant churches in their communities, in their languages. Because we primarily focus on supporting national leaders, we have seen God bring His Church to communities we could never reach in languages we could never speak. He has given us a vision to plant FIVE MILLION churches worldwide. We currently have trained over 400,000 leaders, who have planted over 1.3 million churches worldwide! Responsibilities

  1. Write, manage, and publish job description for open jobs at DCPI. 
  2. Maintain DCPI.org/serve and correspond to individuals’ questions received through the website
  3. Work with members of the Executive Team to identify roles that need to be filled and write RAAs (job descriptions) for them
  4. Plan and execute the marketing plan for spreading the news about these positions
  5. Utilize missions job boards, universities, conferences, social media, and other channels, as necessary, to expand awareness of DCPI’s open jobs 
  6. Connect with referrals provided through DCPI staff/partners/volunteers to identify and “sell” them on working for DCPI
  7. Write automations and manage contacts through the recruitment pipeline in DCPI’s CRM
  8. Pursue other opportunities to network, market, and sell DCPI’s jobs to prospective candidates. 
  9. Work closely with HR to get individual through DCPI interview and onboarding process. 
  10. Travel, as necessary, to represent DCPI and recruit individuals onto the team.

 

Authority

  1. Manage all job descriptions (RAAs) 
  2. Establish a Recruitment Task Force to support recruitment efforts
  3. Research and post job descriptions on relevant websites
  4. Call and meet with prospective candidates 
  5. Network with organizations, individuals, and churches to find candidates
  6. Oversee dcpi.org/serve, dcpi.org/volunteer, dcpi.org/intern

 

Accountability

This leader reports to VP of Brand/Marketing. This leader will work closely with the Communications and Partnerships teams.
