Dynamic Church Planting International (DCPI) is looking for a full-time Director of Prayer. The Director of Prayer is a support-raising leader committed to praying, communicating, and building a team of prayer warriors to lift up DCPI’s ministry and Five Million Church Vision. The Director of Prayer will have a passion for prayer and will lead the charge in asking for God’s hand of blessing on DCPI. This person will also build and lead a team of prayer warriors to uphold the ministry of DCPI and realize the fulfillment of the Five Million Church Vision.

We train Christian leaders on every inhabited continent of the world to plant churches in their communities, in their languages. Because we primarily focus on supporting national leaders, we have seen God bring His Church to communities we could never reach in languages we could never speak. He has given us a vision to plant FIVE MILLION churches worldwide. We currently have trained over 400,000 leaders, who have planted over 1.3 million churches worldwide! Responsibilities

1.   This leader will maintain a growing and healthy spiritual life and will lead others to do the same.
2.   They will work with others to coordinate the planning and implementation of a comprehensive prayer ministry for DCPI that would include Emails, Encouragement Videos, Praise Reports, and Updates on God’s Answers, or other communications that serve the DCPI prayer community.
3.   They will be familiar with curriculum resources for teaching prayer, facilitate their use, and be able to recommend appropriate resources.
4.   This leader will link with organizations, people, and churches that are concerned with Christian prayer.

Authority

1. Receive prayer requests, discern to whom they should be communicated, and communicate them to prayer warriors.
2. Choose technology platforms, establish groups and programs, etc. to include as many pray-ers as possible.
3. Recruit individuals to join a prayer team. 
4. Represent DCPI at churches, prayer gatherings, etc. to build prayer partnerships.
5. Plan gatherings, events, etc. relating to prayer.

Accountability

This leader reports to VP of Brand/Marketing. This leader will work closely with the Communications and Partnerships teams. Liaises with the Pastoral Care Team.
