World Zone Leader for Europe
Robert Tomaschek

Robert Tomaschek serves as the European World Zone Leader, which encompasses all of Europe.

His responsibilities include overseeing development of DCPI in Europe, strategic planning, serving as a field staff liaison, resourcing national leaders/trainers, casting vision for Europe, and representing DCPI to denominational leaders and church planting strategists.

How did God call you to DCPI?

“In 2012, I went through Church Planting Essentials and became a Certified Trainer in the hopes of taking DCPI’s training back to Germany to help pastors plant churches.

Since then I have seen how God is using DCPI to impact millions of leaders and I have seen firsthand in Germany, in West and East Africa how the training has created passion for discipleship and church planting.

I believe that each person has a divine destiny and when God called me to join DCPI and take the responsibility for Europe, my wife and I knew that this was something he had already prepared us for, through past experiences.”

What is your personal vision statement or life scripture?

Vision Statement: “Help people, leaders and organizations to be moved by a living, active faith in Jesus Christ to bring them into the fullness of who God has created them to be.”

Life Scripture: “I would have to say that there are two scriptures that remain central in my life:

“Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight.” -Proverbs 3:5

“For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.” -Ephesians 2:10.”

What excites you about what God is doing around the world?

“Thinking BIG! Praying BIG! And believing BIG!

To be a part of a group of precious leaders, with a vision not only for their country, but with a vision to advance God’s Kingdom on every continent and who are seeing it come to pass. DCPI ignites church planting movements and partners with many organizations and denominations from different camps within the body of Christ.”

What miracles have you seen God perform?

“For me, to see people accept Christ and get totally transformed into a person full of joy and perspective is still the greatest miracle of all! In years past we have seen many healings and we have seen churches planted in areas where the conditions looked very hard.”
