Technical Specialist
Dynamic Church Planting International (DCPI) is looking for a skilled and dynamic Technical Specialist. The Tech Specialist plays a crucial role in building effective websites, optimizing SEO, and seamlessly integrating technologies across our central office and world zones. This individual is responsible for designing automations that streamline operations, reducing the need for manual intervention. They will help architect software solutions that enhance productivity, create engaging user experiences, test and iterate on these ideas, and leverage technology to drive continuous improvement. Additionally, they will explore AI solutions to scale the organization, while managing web development, security, and other technical needs for the central office and world zones.

DCPI is a non-profit (501c3) organization based in Oceanside, California with partners and staff working throughout the world. We train Christian leaders on every inhabited continent of the world to plant churches in their communities, in their languages. Because we primarily focus on supporting national leaders, we have seen God bring His Church to communities we could never reach in languages we could never speak. He has given us a vision to plant FIVE MILLION churches worldwide. We currently have over 500,000 leaders trained, who have planted over a million churches worldwide! Skills Needed
Strong proficiency in technologies that support business, with hands-on experience in website development.
Familiarity with software platforms including Salesforce, WordPress, Cloudflare, GoHighLevel, Asana, and Slack.
Strategic thinking, with the ability to see what needs to be done to solve complex problems and which team members need to be deployed in the resolution of the problems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results within established timelines.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for the mission and values of a Christian worldwide training organization.
Proficiency in design (inDesign, Photoshop, or Canva), SEO, or CSS is a plus.
Responsibilities
Franchise (World Zone) Management:
Work with world zone leaders to think strategically about what the world zones need from Central, so that we are supporting them as effectively as possible.
Work with Brand & Marketing team to lead communications efforts with world zones, looking for opportunities for us to serve them better.
Improve technical pieces of the handoff of leads to the world zones, so that each individual has a seamless customer experience and gets scheduled into a DCPI training.
Product Development:
Drive the development of websites for our global franchises, from concept to launch, ensuring they align with organizational goals and brand standards.
Work closely with design and development teams to create user-friendly and visually appealing websites that enhance the organization’s online presence.
Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure websites meet performance, security, and accessibility standards.
Technical Duties:
Utilize your expertise in software platforms such as Salesforce, WordPress, Cloudflare, GoHighLevel, Asana, and Slack to accomplish various technical tasks and support organizational initiatives.
Provide technical guidance and support to team members, troubleshooting issues and implementing solutions as needed.
Stay informed about emerging technologies and best practices, identifying opportunities to improve processes and systems.

This role reports to the Vice President of Systems & Engineering
