Here at DCPI, we have always been about church planting because Jesus has always been about building His Church.

In a time when the world seems full of destruction, loss, and hurt, when it feels like Satan has had too many victories, we remember that Jesus has triumphed over the Enemy at the cross, and Jesus continues to triumph today.

Colossians 2:15 says, “And having disarmed the powers and authorities, he made a public spectacle of them, triumphing over them by the cross.”

Throughout the course of this unpredictable year, we have seen God on-mission, calling people out of darkness into His marvelous light and emboldening them to tell others this Good News.

Last month, in Montevideo, Uruguay, a couple who attended our House Church Planting Webinar Training planted a house church in a nearby neighborhood.

They invited a group of people who did not know the Lord Jesus, and, as a result of this church, there are now 7 adults and 3 children who believe in Jesus Christ!

These seven are being trained in evangelism and using The Jesus Film to share the Good News with their families and friends!

In the second week of the House Church, a 62-year-old woman named Martha received Jesus as her personal savior. She has been a widow for 7 years.

For all these years, she has been very afraid of being alone, seeing visions of her dead husband in her sleep. Since Jesus came into her life, she can sleep peacefully without seeing the appearance of her late husband!

She is no longer afraid, and she knows it is because God has saved her and released her.

In a world where darkness seems to have had too many victories lately, we know that Jesus has triumphed over darkness! He continues to triumph over darkness in our world today.

So, we remain on-mission, equipping leaders to plant dynamic churches to tell lost people the Good News! Darkness is defeated! The Light of the World is here!

People need to hear this Good News, so we press on to train leaders in the remaining 47 countries not yet opened to DCPI training. We press forward to train 20,000 leaders this year.

We press forward to make our training available on as many platforms – live webinars, DCPI Online Training, and in-person – as possible, so that more leaders can be sent and more churches can be planted.

We press forward in faith and prayer, asking God to pour out more light on our world.

1) Pray. We are asking God to open the remaining 47 countries between now and December 31st. We are asking Him to raise up and embolden leaders, especially next-generation leaders around the world, to plant churches and reach the lost with the Good News. Join us in praying!
