Office Management Associate

Purpose: The position of Office assistant will perform a variety of tasks depending on project deadlines and staff needs in the DCPI office.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Answering phones
  • Data Entry
  • Filing
  • Maintenance of office space
  • Office supplies
  • Other duties specifically around coordination of special events, or as assigned


  • Must be dependable and punctual
  • Be self-directed, willing to take initiative, and detail-oriented
  • Respect and maintain the confidentiality of DCPI volunteers, partners and donors
  • Computer skills

Training and supervision:

  • Complete office orientation which includes training in the following areas:

Phones, Database, Filing systems, Office procedures

  • Training and supervision conducted by Director of Operations

Time Commitment:

  • Attend staff lunch and prayer Thursdays 12:00 – 1:00
  • 10 – 15 hours per week (Flexible)
  • Some tasks can be completed remotely
