Want success? Follow the Boss Principle

Would you like to maximize your success in 2019? If your answer is “Yes!”, then follow the Boss Principle.

“Christ is the Lord of church planting and He has a vision for your new church.”  This is the first of the 12 Biblical Principles of Church Planting.

“And God placed all things under his (Christ’s) feet and appointed him to be head over everything for the church, which is his body, the fullness of him who fills everything in every way” (Eph. 1:22, 23).

This teaches us that our Heavenly Father placed Jesus Christ in the position of headship over the church. The word “Lord” refers to the boss, or leader or head of an organization.

Christ is the Lord of the church.  Christ is the Lord…the Leader…of your life and of mine.

My definition of success is to prayerfully discern what God wants me to do and do that! Follow the “Boss” principle and allow the Lord to lead your life. He will lead you to success!

If you are a DCPI trainer, I have a special message for you today.  Through prayer, the Lord has given DCPI his marching orders for the next two years:

FINISH THE FIRST MILLION CHURCHES!

We are committed to train enough leaders—138,000—from 2019 through the end of 2020 to complete the planting of the first million churches of the 5 million church vision.

Our first vision in 1995 was to plant 1000 churches by the end of 2020.  According to our best research through four country projects, we have equipped 240,000+ leaders to plant 650,000 churches.  That is God-given success flowing from following HIS vision.

Now, we are praying and working to equip enough leaders to plant the first million churches by the end of 2020!  One million is 1000 times 1000.  1000 times our original vision statement.  That’s the miraculous power of King Jesus!

What can you do?

By the end of 2020, pray and train to complete The Great Goal of training 138,000 leaders!

We have only two years to go.  Two years is not much time.  It will be over before we know it.  We must start strong today!

Do this today: Gather a group of church planters.  Train them in a DCPI track of Training.  Report on www.dcpi.org.
