Dynamic Church Planting International (DCPI) is looking for a skilled and dynamic Tech Project Manager. The Project Manager plays an essential role in the execution of technical projects for Dynamic Church Planting International. They are responsible for serving the Advancement, Partnership, Product Development, and Recruitment teams to achieve their objectives through excellent marketing efforts, search engine optimization, communicating on social channels, and providing a well-structured and clear website that builds the brand of DCPI in the marketplace. This person will oversee developing, implementing, and advancing the strategy, experience, voice, campaigns, and capabilities of the brand and products. This individual reports directly to the President, oversees Creative, Communications, Social Media, Storytelling, Prayer, and Recruitment, and they will work closely with other members of the DCPI Executive Team, as we pursue the 5 Million Church Vision.

DCPI is a non-profit (501c3) organization based in Oceanside, California with partners and staff working throughout the world. We train Christian leaders on every inhabited continent of the world to plant churches in their communities, in their languages. Because we primarily focus on supporting national leaders, we have seen God bring His Church to communities we could never reach in languages we could never speak. He has given us a vision to plant FIVE MILLION churches worldwide. We currently have over 500,000 leaders trained, who have planted over a million churches worldwide! Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage cross-functional project teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project timelines or outcomes.
  • Monitor project progress and track key milestones, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
  • Communicate project status, updates, and risks to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, motivating team members to achieve project goals.
  • Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
  • Stay current with industry best practices and project management methodologies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing projects in a corporate environment, preferably in [industry].
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Solid understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Microsoft Project).
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • PMP or CAPM certification is a plus.
