Partnerships Associate

Dynamic Church Planting International (DCPI) is looking to hire a full-time Partnerships Associate to represent DCPI and form partnerships with other organizations, churches, people, and places that will contribute to our DCPI purpose and vision.

Strategy Statement: For DCPI, Partnerships are the rocket ship. Partnering to provide DCPI Training especially with global organizations is the most effective way to the Five Million Church Vision.

About DCPI

DCPI is a non-profit (501c3) organization based in Oceanside, California with partners and staff working throughout the world. We train Christian leaders on every inhabited continent of the world to plant churches in their communities, in their languages. Because we primarily focus on supporting national leaders, we have seen God bring His Church to communities we could never reach in languages we could never speak. He has given us a vision to plant FIVE MILLION churches worldwide. We currently have over 500,000 leaders trained, who have planted over a million churches worldwide! What It’s Like to Work at DCPI

Our team is made up of adventurous, fully-devoted disciples of Christ, who love starting new things, meeting new people, engaging cultures, and helping global leaders plant dynamic churches throughout the world! We are adaptable, persistent, generally autonomous individuals, who work together in unity. We come from a variety of Christian denominations, and we support the planting of churches that believe in Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. Responsibilities of the Position:

1. Work with the Director of Partnerships to identify organizations, churches, people, and countries with which DCPI would like to partner.
2. Set goals and priorities for building partnerships to help DCPI realize the Five Million Church Vision. 
3. Leverage existing DCPI partners to connect with new global and local partners.
4. Plan national and international trips to recruit and maintain partnerships.
5. Make contacts and communicate with potential partners via email, call, visit, etc. 
6. Maintain long-term relationships with existing partners.
7. Train local and global DCPI leaders/staff in partnership development.
8. Assist Digital Strategies department in establishing marketing partnerships and partnerships that connect people to DCPI online training.

•       Spiritual Gifts – Ideally, this person would have the gift(s) of Leadership, Faith, Teaching, Exhortation, and/or Wisdom.

Compensation: This is a full-time support-raised position.

Reports to: DCPI Executive Director

1.   You will be supported. You will be prayed for regularly as well as receive frequent encouragement in your role. Support as needed and available from staff other than your immediate supervisor will also be provided.

3.   You will be appreciated. This is a team effort and your efforts will be recognized and appreciated on a regular basis by your immediate supervisor.
4.   We have your back. We will lovingly work through any conflict situations that may arise with DCPI staff and or partnering entities and will follow a Matthew 18 resolution process.
5.   You can expect communication in a timely manner on any procedures or initiatives that impact your work with DCPI.
6.   You will be respected. Your gifts and ability are of value to the Five Million Church Vision. We believe God has brought us together for “such a time as this.” We value the gifting God has given you and desire for you to serve in a manner that maximizes those gifts for Kingdom impact.
7.   Your collaboration is welcomed and valued.  The Five Million Church Vision is a team effort. Your input and constructive proposals will be welcomed and given consideration especially as it pertains to your area of responsibility.
8.   You will be trusted. Integrity and honesty is an expectation for every believer as they walk in the light and you can expect that from your fellow staff members.
