Director of World Zone Empowerment

DCPI Director of World Zone Empowerment (or support, or world zone ambassador) 

Dynamic Church Planting International (DCPI) is seeking a dedicated and skilled Partnership Account Manager to play a critical role in managing and nurturing a caseload of DCPI’s specific partner relationships, ensuring their ongoing engagement with DCPI curriculum and support in building a church planting movement. This role involves developing strategies to maintain and grow both new and established partnerships, coordinating partnership activities, and supporting the overall mission of DCPI.

Strategy Statement:
This role supports the Global Leadership team to support to the vision, systems, and resources to World Zone Leaders so they can multiply more churches globally and together we reach 5 million churches.

 

About DCPI

DCPI is a non-profit (501c3) organization based in Oceanside, California with partners and staff working throughout the world. We train Christian leaders on every inhabited continent of the world to plant churches in their communities, in their languages. Because we primarily focus on supporting national leaders, we have seen God bring His Church to communities we could never reach in languages we could never speak. He has given us a vision to plant FIVE MILLION churches worldwide. We currently have over 500,000 leaders trained, who have planted over a million churches worldwide! This function serves to support existing world zones and their leaders, setting goals with, collecting training data, releasing raised funds,  empowering  them to be successful.

Responsibilities

Understanding plans in the world zones for short and long term objectives:

  • Timely goal setting & yearly planning 
  • Objectives set in alignment with enterprise goals
  • Plan for the Financial Releases from Central
  • Maintaining an annual VTO for each zone

 

Collecting & accurate reporting of results &  financial allocations

  • Timely collection of world zone data 
  • Accuracy of fund distributions accountability
  • Accuracy of data base cataloged results
  • Fulfillment of Designated or Restricted Fund requirements 
  • Procure inspiration pieces to communicate God’s impact at DCPI 

 

Collecting & advocating for the needs of Zones to  the Global Leadership Dept. 

  • World Zone Leadership satisfaction and resolution of issues. 
  • Timely delivery of needs to Central functions  (financial, marketing, product development,  partnership,  translations etc.)

 

Work together with WZLs to achieve Organizational/brand adherence 

  • world zones adhering to organizational  objectives 
  • world zones adhering DCPI DNA and values and Brand integrity

 

Bring understanding of the zone to Global Leadership Department

  • Understand and communicate the leadership structure of the ZOne
  • Communicate the unique cultural, geographical and political challenges 

 

Support teams for zones 

  • Build prayer & financial support teams for the zones.  

Experience/Education level 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Ministry or related field
  • Three years of related experience church planting experience preferred) 
  • Strong knowledge of Intercultural Relationships & Missions
  • Strong knowledge of Dynamic Church Planting International Systems
  • Strong work ethic and confidentiality skills required 

 

Accountability

This leader reports to the Vice President of Global Leadership
